Key features

Service catalogue: 21 services in four groups, with a dedicated emergency option
Smart quote form: the service is pre-selected from any service page, and location is chosen as City, then Suburb
One-tap contact: call and WhatsApp buttons on every page
Fundi registration and approval: fundis apply online with their documents, and the team verifies them before granting access
Fundi Member Club portal: a dashboard plus available, applied and selected jobs
2-hour application window: a live countdown that turns red in the final 30 minutes
Job status system: consistent colour, icon and label for every stage, from New to Completed
Admin workflow: quotes become jobs, and the team selects and dispatches a fundi
Fully editable: a custom WordPress theme with flexible page sections, so the client can update content without a developer
Mobile first: designed for phones and slow connections

Fundi Bora Services connects homeowners, landlords and businesses in Kenya with verified fundis (plumbers, electricians, painters, cleaners and more). Every fundi is checked and the team manages each job from request to completion. The website builds trust, collects quote requests and gives approved fundis a place to find and apply for work. After approving the design, Fundi Bora Services signed up with SERPISTAN for the development as well.
