Key features

Property listings with location and bedroom filters, plus a page for each destination
Property pages with photo gallery, amenities, sleeping arrangements, house rules, map and nearby places
Booking box with a live availability calendar and instant price: nightly rate × nights, plus cleaning and pet fees
Minimum-night rules and maximum-guest limits enforced automatically
Stripe-ready card payments and Australian bank transfer (BSB), with dates held during checkout so two guests cannot book the same nights
Confirmation page with a booking reference, plus branded confirmation emails
Bank-transfer bookings stay pending until the team confirms payment; the guest then gets an email and a GST-aware PDF tax invoice
Unpaid holds expire on their own (20 minutes for card, 48 hours for bank transfer), and dates can be blocked for owner stays or maintenance
Mobile owner portal: staff add properties, upload photos, edit prices and confirm bookings from a phone, with their own login role kept out of the WordPress dashboard
Content editable through free ACF fields; contact details set once and used in the header, footer, emails and invoices
Custom theme and custom booking plugin: no paid booking plugins and no monthly fees
Built for Airbnb calendar sync (each property has a field for its Airbnb calendar link)

A direct-booking website for an Australian holiday property agency, so guests can book with them instead of through Airbnb and the agency keeps the commission. The team runs everything from WordPress or from a phone. UI/UX design, design system, custom WordPress theme and custom booking plugin by SERPISTAN. Screenshots use sample properties.
